Shomronon is an Israeli Unterganger who primarily uses Sony Vegas Pro to create Hitler Parodies. He is known for being one of the main pioneers of FX parody making. He created useful tools for editing, like his Magnificent Chroma Keyer, a basic tutorial for Sony Vegas and a tutorial for Windows Movie Maker.
On February 1st 2011, Shomronon announced that he has retired from parodymaking, only to return shortly afterwards. He is one of the few Untergangers to use 3D/CGI effects, shown here.
He has gained well over 400,000 views and 1,199 subscribers. His most popular parody is "Hitler's road trip".
Criticism and controversy
Lately, Shomronon has lost the respect of many untergangers, due to a racist PM and several hostile posts in the Downfall Parodies Forum. In one such message to a user regarding the Middle East, he claimed (about the Palestinians and others) that "we will keep killing them, and you can keep on barking", causing revulsion and condemnation from many. His support of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, and his indifference to his genocidal war waged on his own people, has also been heavily criticized. Some even suggested that he should be dropped from February's Unterganger Hall of Fame contest, because of his conduct.
