Awards are events taking place periodically, where an Unterganger or his parodies gets nominated by fellow peers. Usually Untergangers cannot nominate himself or his own parodies. Awards can be seen as a way to appreciate great contributions by Untergangers.
Contests are one-time events where Untergangers submit their own parodies as nominations which were subsequently judged by the event's designated judge panel (usually includes the organizer). Contests, unlike the awards, focuses more on competition of skills and talent between Untergangers. Of all contest organizers, JennieParker87's the most reliable, so keep an eye out!
