There is currently a Youtube Channel by the name of QSDP that makes Downfall Parodies and wants his own wiki page made. However, as I dig into his videos, I realize that all of his parodies do not have actual subtitles but instead Youtube captions which do not show up unless you turn it on. Should we allow wiki pages for those who don't use traditional subtitles? Let's have a discussion about it as I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Based on the comments of this thread, I think unless QSDP adds actual subtitles to his parodies, I can't give him a wiki page.

I think the user should use real captions. Without captions, it's like uploading the same video many times (If he uses the same scene) Soo yeah I think if the captions are not real, it shouldn't be allowed.
